Dental Insurance & PPO Network Information
South Blvd Dentistry works with many major dental insurance plans. Because insurance networks can vary between plans — even when two patients have insurance through the same company — we recommend verifying your specific plan before treatment.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC)
Additional PPO Plans We May Be In-Network With
We also participate with the Careington Dental Network and Connection Dental Network. Many insurance companies and third-party administrators use these networks to provide access to participating dentists.
Because of these network relationships, we may be considered in-network with certain PPO plans offered by companies such as:
MetLife
Cigna Healthcare
Aetna
Ameritas
and other dental insurance providers that access the Careington or Connection Dental networks.
Participation is based on the specific network associated with your individual dental plan, not simply the name of the insurance company. For example, one Cigna or MetLife PPO plan may access a network in which we participate, while another plan from the same insurance company may use a different network.
PPO Plans Only
South Blvd Dentistry participates with applicable PPO dental insurance plans. We do not participate with DMO or DHMO dental plans.
If your insurance card identifies your plan as a DMO, DHMO, or another closed-network dental plan, please contact our office before scheduling so we can help determine your options.
